Kalabang is a convenient fresh Hmong style hot chili sauce and can be used instantly on your favorite BBQ meat, Hmong sausage, pizza, tacos, burritos, chow mien, noodle soup, eggrolls, or stir-fry.  The flavor combinations are endless.  You can add green onions, cilantro, and lime to Kalabang for a traditional Hmong dipping sauce or add some to your regular salsa, ranch, BBQ sauce, or steak sauce.
